Concrete Pump elbow
Twin wall concrete pump elbow researched by ourselves is applicable to many kinds of pump types such as Sany, XCMG, Putzmeister, Junjin, Swching, KCP etc. It has two layers.Inner-layer material is GCr 15. Its hardness is 7mm. Outer-layer material is Q235.Its hardness is 3mm. All the elbow body is processed by hot quenching treatment. Inner wall HRC can reach over 62 degrees. But its outer layer still keeps its ductility and protects inner layer.
Our elbows are high manganese steel casted and flanges were casted together and machined to finish which strengthen quality
